Often before going on airplanes, I take my sisters panic attack medicine. I could not tell you exactly what it is called though. I am 14 years old and I do take it with an adults supervision. Although I do ride in airplanes often, I am still quite afraid of them. Do you think it is still okay to use it, or should I not use it before going on planes because I am not prescribed it? I don’t need it for anything else, I don’t get random panic attacks or anything.

I am having ( I think ) panic attacks in school. I have headaches, dizziness and I sometimes shake. My heart races with like every breath I take. I always know when a panic attack is coming because I feel like the room gets brighter and I get really dizzy and my heart races. I haven’t been in school for a week now because I don’t want to pass out. I am not usually the type that misses school.
Also, I have no idea what is triggering these attacks. There is nothing at school that upsets me or could hurt me. I love school. Can anyone help?
Last night I was laying down about to fall asleep, and all of a sudden my heart started racing very fast and off beat. I have a heart murmur and heart palpultations, but this felt completely different. I didn’t feel good laying down it only made it worse. It felt a little better when I stood or sat up. Is this a panic attack?
