Social Anxiety : My Story Pt. 1


When did I first find out I had social anxiety disorder? What were some personal experiences? It might be confusing that I found out when I was a junior in high school, yet I had it for more than eight years. The thing is, for the longest time I just flooded myself and faced my fears – socializing with immense anxiety – and then it came to the point where I couldn’t fake it anymore. The Easiest Way To Recognize A Panic Fit Symptom

Let’s take a look at some of the symptoms that usually come with scared attacks. One of the more common of a panic attack symptom is a battering heart. This symptom can be caused by a variety of different fear attacks, from mild to major.

Many people who do have an attack have an inclination to clutch at their chest in fear of a cardiac arrest or other illness, when in fact they are experiencing hysteria.

Absence of breath is another panic attack symptom that’s’s seen a lot due to someone feeling panicked due to other symptoms they are experiencing. The difficulty breathing can appear to be your world is caving in, but by having the power to recognize the symptom as a factor of a panic attack, you can more simply control this.

Becoming lightheaded is one hysteria episode symptom that happens a lot in crowded areas. Many folks have a fear about being in crowds and becoming light headed or fainting is a common symptom that they experience. People will occasionally think they’ve got a more major issue, but it fact it’s just one of the symptoms that are related to frightened attacks.

Another foreboding episode symptom that’s’s nearly always present in an attack is the apprehension of losing control. This fear comes from the outwardly wild symptoms that predate like becoming lightheaded with a racing heart, and absence of breath.

It is a natural feeling for us to feel as if we are losing control of our own bodies.

Anxiety episode symptoms change and aren’t isolated to only 1 set of people. Everyone seems to be different and may experience varying symptoms based mainly on what their fears could be. Worry is a treatable problem and many of us live standard lives after they learn how to control there attacks. In the final research, by going to an expert to chat about the panic fit symptoms that trouble you, a plan can be established as to how it’s possible for you to effectively overcome the symptoms as they happen, giving the opportunity to guarantee scared attacks don’t have dominance over your life.

Anxiety Attacks


Hey… totally different. I just thought that somewhere out there, someone might need this. If you have anxiety attacks often, it’s extra helpful if you make your own recording. Hearing your own voice being calm helps calm you down better than anything I’ve tried (okay, cept a couple of calm pills). I’d love to hear what you guys think… I lost the audio file to this shortly after making the film. But feel free to rip it however you please for personal use of the audio.
