only Jesus is the way asked: mine started after smoking weed and stuck at a red light at a main intersection the next day. and now im still suffering from it thanks to anxiety. so what started yalls first panic attack? and were was it at?

jesslachelle asked: I have been having attacks where my heart race increases, my body starts to tingle, I have a burning feeling that feels like it is traveling through my blood, my chest hurts, and I get shortness of breath.
