Firstly I would like to welcome you to my site. I started this site because like many people, I was having problems with anxiety and panic attacks. I recently found a self-help program online that has changed my like. I decided that it would be great to share my experience and help others having anxiety problems…enjoy and good luck!
I used to suffer from frequent panic attacks. And I developed an anxiety disorder that lasted for many years. I used to get dizzy spells and hot flushes during meetings at work. Then, I started to feel uncomfortable in social situations and started staying home when I should have been out enjoying myself. A few years ago, I went to my doctor for help who prescribed an antidepressant called Prozac. I tried it for a couple of weeks, but it just made me feel weird. I hated the feeling and stopped taking it. After this, my doctor wanted me to try Zoloft which basically gave me the same bad feelings.
